Booking a Trip

The process of booking a trip with is actually a simple one.

 

Book the right trip

You can find a list of scheduled trips on our Dates page <here>. This is the simplest way to see what we have available for the coming season. But before you commit to a particular trip, ensure it is the right one for you. Is it intended for Skygods or pilots that have just passed their Club Pilot? Do send us an email with details of your flying experience, what you are looking to gain from a trip and which sets of dates you are considering. We will be pleased to advise you on your suitability and maybe make some alternative suggestions.

 

Group Bookings

If there are a group of you then not only can we offer a discount, but we may be flexible on the dates you come, adjusting our schedule to suit you.

 

Booking

Once you know which week you want to come, complete a booking form <here>

 

Then pay a deposit <here> of £100 or 100€. This can be done by bank transfer or Paypal

 

Flights

Ensure you are clear what flights to book. Check with us if you are not sure. usually the flights are for the same dates as the trip is advertised, not arriving a day before/leaving a day after. If there is a choice of flights, ensure you get one that suits the airport transfer time. Book the wrong flight and you may have an expensive taxi ride on arrival. More info is <here>

 

Your faiths could be booked before or after you send in a booking form. It is preferable to us that you book them before sending in a booking form wherever possible, BUT be sure you have contacted us to ensure a place is available for you first!

 

Full Payment

Finally, the balance of payment is then due 30 days before the trip start.

 

And that is it!

 

 

Also consider, if you would like to purchase a new glider, are able to offer several brands; Gradient, Gin, TripleSeven, AirCross, Niviuk, Ozone, and Little Cloud. We can also offer harnesses from the above as well as Karpofly and Supair or instruments from Brauniger of Flymaster. These can be ordered in advance of your trip for delivery when you arrive and we can usually offer substantial discounts if ordered at the time of booking.

 

If you wish to order a glider remember it can take up to six weeks to get it delivered for the brands that do not have it in stock. Do not leave it until the last minute!
